Calling all pumpkin lovers, this cocktail was made for you! The Pumpkin Martini is a delicious slow sipper for after dinner and all the way through the festive season. It’s so delicious, you’ll find yourself buying canned pumpkin purée in the middle of summer. An easy fall cocktail, it combines vanilla vodka, Irish Cream liqueur, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin spice for the ultimate dessert cocktail. Let’s get to it!

QUICK TIPS

01
-

You can make your own pumpkin spice at home by combining two tablespoons of cinnamon, one tablespoon of ground ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves (this blend also works wonders with your coffee).

02
-

Pumpkin purée thickens your cocktail, so extra dilution is necessary. Shake it longer than you normally would with other cocktails.

03
-

Chill your glass beforehand for an icy sip.
