Pot o' Gold St Patrick's Day cocktail

Vintage Irish cocktails don’t come any more classic than the Pot o’ Gold. It’s the Emerald Isle version of a Bee’s Knees, swapping gin for Irish whiskey, wrapped up in the warming flavors of ginger liqueur and honey syrup, and rounded off with a bright note of zesty citrus. It’s the perfect choice for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration, or whenever you feel in need of a bit of Irish craic in your life.

Ginger liqueur

Fresh lemon juice

Honey syrup

Egg white
Edible gold leaf, to garnish (optional)
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice, and dry shake to combine

Then add ice, and shake until frosty

Fine strain it into a serving glass, and garnish with an edible gold leaf
