INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously

Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with a passion fruit slice

Serve with Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine) on the side

This drink may seem a little tricky to shake up at home, we know. However, even though there is a certain amount of theatre in the mix, it’s easier than you might think. All you need are SKYY Vanilla Vodka, passionfruit liqueur, fresh passionfruit purèe, lime juice, a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and a chilled cocktail glass. Oh, and some bubbly, of course!

Unlike the Classic Martini, the Pornstar is a Martini in name (and glass) only. Served with a Prosecco sidecar, it’s not your typical martini experience. So how do you drink it?

For the most part, people toss the Prosecco into the cocktail and drink everything together. Others enjoy the Prosecco in between sips of the Martini. Some say you should knock back the sidecar after the cocktail.
