Grating of fresh nutmeg
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the brandy, rum, milk, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker (without ice) and shake well

Add the egg white, vanilla, and ice, and shake very well

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice

Garnish with a grating of fresh nutmeg and serve
