Crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the mint and lemon wedges to a cocktail shaker

Gently muddle to release juices and oils

Add the bourbon, simple syrup and ice

Shake for at least 30 seconds

Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice
