Two Rum Paloma variations served with brightly coloured citrus on a tray

For a more island-style approach to the classic Paloma, we like to go rogue and swap out the tequila for a white overproof rum. This way you still get the citrusy pop of freshness from the grapefruit and the lime, layered over a fruity yet spirited base, finishing on lingering notes of spice and a touch of oak. Very intriguing!

Grapefruit soda
22.5 Ml

Fresh lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Coarse sea salt for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim a tall glass with lime juice and coarse sea salt

Fill it with ice, and add the rum, grapefruit soda and fresh lime juice

Garnish with a fresh wedge of lime, and serve
