Hailing from the sunny shores of Perth, Tris started his career at Campari Australia, and seven years later he hopped across the pond and joined Campari Academy in the UK in 2022—bringing a wave of Aussie charm and expertise with him. With his impressive experience in mixology and vast knowledge, Tris loves engaging and inspiring hospitality professionals and cocktail enthusiasts alike. He’s always up for a lively chat about cocktail history and loves inspiring others with his immeasurable passion.

With a background as an on-premise specialist for Campari and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Olivia brings iconic brands (including Campari, Aperol, Cynar, and Cinzano) to life with authenticity and passion. Her journey, which began in restaurants, eventually led her to a brewer and Brand Manager role for a New York farm brewery. It was her passion for brands with rich heritage and legacy that drew her to Campari. 

Her love for botanicals, Italian culture, and the tradition of eating and drinking informs her dedication as a Brand Ambassador. Olivia is committed to educating and empowering hospitality professionals, ensuring they feel both knowledgeable and connected to the brands they serve. Through her work, she helps bring Campari Group’s mission to life, fostering an appreciation for savouring life’s small moments of celebration. 

Growing up in Paris with roots in France’s Bordeaux region, Xavier’s fondest memories were around the family table with delicious food, wines, and, of course, Grand Marnier. So, it was not surprising that he chose a career path that started with restaurant apprenticeships and included mentors like chefs Daniel Boulud and Alain Ducasse. But Xavier found his real home and his voice behind the bar. Here he draws on his Paris and New York bartending experience to reintroduce this iconic French liqueur to a new generation. 

Today, as Brand Ambassador for Grand Marnier, Xavier is reintroducing this luxury French liqueur with its base of high-quality Cognac to a new generation of spirit and cocktail enthusiasts. Leveraging his knowledge of the French region and its history together with his understanding of the mechanics of creating cocktails and owning and running a bar, Xavier crisscrosses the country to educate restaurant and bar teams. 

Born in Sandrigo, a small town in the Veneto region, Loris has worked extensively in aperitivo bars, serving hundreds of Spritzes a day. He has been the UK Brand Ambassador for Campari Group UK’s Italian Spirits portfolio for over 10 years,  where he had the pleasure of introducing Aperol Spritz and the spritz category.

When Loris first moved to the UK in 2009, he worked in independent cocktail bars in Central London, where he really honed in on his cocktail-making skills. In doing so, he rediscovered his love for Campari—and Aperol specifically. He believes that Brand Ambassadors are storytellers, and because of the huge heritage of the products he represents, he defines himself as the teller of over a thousand years of stories.
