1. Sparkling Lavender Lemonade

Serves 1  

Ingredients 

• 45 ml SKYY Vodka  

• 30 ml Lemon juice  

• 22 ml Lavender syrup  

• 120 ml Soda water

• Lavender sprig and lemon wheel to garnish 

• Ice  

Method 

1. Add the vodka, lemon juice and lavender syrup to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Shake to combine
3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
4. Top with soda water
5. Garnish with lavender and lemon 

2. Turtledove

Serves 1 

Ingredients 

• 60 ml SKYY Vodka  
• 30 ml Grapefruit juice  

• 15 ml Sugar syrup  

• 2 Fresh basil leaves 

• 1 Pinch of salt 

• 120 ml Soda water

• Ice 

• Grapefruit peel and basil to garnish 
  

Method 

1. Add the vodka, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and bay leaves and salt to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Shake until frosty
3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
4. Top with soda water
5. Garnish with grapefruit peel and fresh basil leaves

3. Pride Pineapple Mimosa

Serves 1 

Ingredients 

• 30 ml SKYY Infusions Pineapple  

• 90 ml Fresh orange juice 

• Cinzano Prosecco D.O.C  

• Orange twist to garnish  

Method  

1. Add the vodka to a chilled flute
2. Add the orange juice
3. Top with Prosecco
4. Garnish with an orange twist

4. Citrus Raspberry Lemonade

Serves 1 

Ingredients 

• 60 ml SKYY Infusions Citrus  

• 22 ml Fresh lemon juice  

• 22 ml Sugar syrup  

• Soda water 

• Raspberries and a lemon wedge to garnish  

• Ice  

Method 

1. Gently muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker
2. Add the vodka, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup
3. Add a few ice cubes and shake until chilled
4. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass
5. Top with soda water
6. Garish with raspberries and a wedge of lemon

5. Ancho Pineapple Soda

Serves 1 

Ingredients  

• 45 ml SKYY Infusions Pineapple  

• 15 ml Ancho Reyes Original  

• 30 ml Pineapple juice 

• 90 ml Soda water

• Pineapple slice to garnish  

• Ice  

Method  

1. Add the vodka, chilli liqueur and pineapple juice to an ice-filled highball glass
2. Top with soda water
3. Garnish with a pineapple slice

6. Sex on the Beach

Serves 1

Ingredients 

• 45 ml SKYY Vodka or SKYY Infusions Raspberry  

• 15 ml Peach liqueur or schnapps  

• 15 ml Black raspberry liqueur  

• 45 ml Orange juice  

• 45 ml Cranberry juice  

• Ice  

• Orange slice, cherries and a cocktail umbrella to garnish  

Method  

1. Add all the ingredients and shake with ice until frosty
2. Double strain into an ice-filled collins glass
3. Garnish with an orange slice, cherries and cocktail umbrella.  

7. Market Street Mai Tai

Serves 2

Ingredients  

• 45 ml SKYY Vodka  

• 30 ml SKYY Blood Orange Vodka  

• 120 ml Pineapple juice (fresh is preferred)  

• 30 ml Sugar syrup  

• 22 ml Fresh lemon juice  

• ½ tsp Blue spirulina powder  

• 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract  

• 3-4 Drops of almond extract  

• 8 cups Ice  

Method  

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium for 10 seconds, until smooth.  
2. Pour into old-fashioned glasses and garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.

8. Polk Street Sour

Serves 1

Ingredients  

• 60 ml SKYY Vodka  

• 30 ml Sugar syrup  

• 15 ml Fresh lime juice  

• 15 ml Plain low-fat yogurt  

• 5 Blackberries  

Method  

1. Add blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle the berries
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice for 15 seconds
3. Fine strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with 3-4 turns of freshly ground black pepper and a sage leaf
