There are loads of Cherry Punch variations, but when it comes to finding the ultimate holiday version, this is the one you’ll want. Made with fruit tea, cherry juice and all our favourite holiday spices, it’s simple to batch up, which is handy if you’re expecting a big crowd.

This Cherry Punch can either be served hot or over ice.

INGREDIENTS

Star anise

Cherry juice
60 Ml

2 Oz

2 Parts

Orange juice

Oranges, sliced

Apple, cubed

Pear, cubed
Honey to sweeten (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the teabags and spices to a large pot

Pour in the boiling water

Steep for 10 minutes

Add the orange and cherry juice along with some of the fruit pieces, keeping some aside to garnish

Put to pot over a low temperature and gently heat the tea for 5 minutes

Remove from the heat and ladle into mugs

07

Stir through some honey if desired, garnish with fruit and serve
