INSTRUCTIONS

Add the juices, sugar and blackberries to a saucepan and bring to a simmer

Add the spices and orange slice and keep simmering gently

Taste and adjust for sweetness

Strain into a heatproof container and enjoy in heatproof mugs or glasses
