Sure, you could order this at your local coffee spot, but this Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe is easy to pull off in the comfort of your own kitchen—and at a fraction of the cost. Serve this soothing coffee drink as an indulgent after-dinner at Thanksgiving or make it your go-to morning treat during the chilly season.

INGREDIENTS

Cup of full cream milk

Tbsp pumpkin purée

Tbsp good quality maple (add more if you like it sweeter)

Tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of pumpkin spice (or to taste)
60 Ml

2 Parts

Freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
Whipped cream and pumpkin spice to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the milk, pumpkin purée and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat

Stir often to prevent the milk from boiling

Once simmering, remove it from the heat

Whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin spice and coffee

Top with dollops of whipped cream

Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and serve
