Fun facts about the Limoncello Spritz

The Limoncello Spritz is the flirty cousin of the time-honoured Aperol Spritz, one of the most iconic Italian cocktails, which famously showcases Aperol, the bright orange bitter aperitif that has become synonymous with Repubblica Italiana.

It also happens to feature on the IBA’s list of Official Cocktails, which means that it has a proper definition in the mixologist community, and is not just any old cocktail cobbled together with a few random bits and bobs.
