Anejo Old Fashioned with an orange slice garnish

If you’re hosting a formal Mexican-themed evening, we suggest you end it off with an elegant Añejo Old Fashioned. Crafted with aged añejo tequila, agave syrup and and Angostura bitters it’s a delightful twit on the classic Old Fashioned and delivers a harmonious blend of flavours.

QUICK TIPS

01

Use an Añejo tequila that’s been aged for a minimum of one year.

02

Express the oils from a citrus peel over the surface of the cocktail before adding it as a garnish. This adds a delightful aroma.

03

Use one large ice cube and stir the drink gently for about 30 seconds to achieve the desired flavour and dilution.
