Favourite Cocktail: I am a zesty girl, so anything with a bit of citrus in the mix is right up my alley. A classic Paloma is always a treat, and variations on the theme (e.g., the Mezcal Paloma and Pineapple Paloma) also hit the spot.
Best Mixer Tip: The best way to be a good host is to lean into your strengths. Don’t put pressure on yourself by trying out a brand-new dish or cocktail when you are having a lot of people over. Stick to your tried-and-tested recipes, and leave the experiments for occasions when the pressure is off. Also, preparation is key—do as much as you can to get everything ready before your guests arrive, so you are free to enjoy the get-together as well.
