Frozen banana

Tablespoon ground flaxseed

Teaspoon pumpkin spice
0.25
Teaspoon vanilla extract
8 Oz

240 Ml

8 Parts

Whole milk or milk alternative
1
Teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Whipped cream (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the purée, frozen banana, ground flaxseed, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and milk to a blender

Blitz until smooth

Add the honey or maple syrup and blitz again

Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed

Pour into a highball glass

Spoon over dollops of whipped cream

Lightly sprinkle pumpkin spice over the top
