Old Bay seasoning to rim the glass
Gherkins and lemon to garnish
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub a lemon wedge along the rim of a chilled coupe glass

Dip the glass into a plate of Old Bay seasoning to rim the edges with spice

Add the bourbon, pickle juice and lemon juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker

Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds
